FAQs

  • As soon as we release our wine club shipment, you will receive an email letting you know that you can customize our order. You will have about 2 weeks to customize your order. Once you save your customization, that is our signal to ship your order and go! Orders not customized by the deadline get shipped as-is.

  • The Wine Club Shipments (Spring and Fall) always ship for FREE. No matter how many bottles you have in your shipment, there are never any shipping charges!

  • You can buy as much wine as you'd like apart from the Wine Club shipments. You always get your additional 5% off wine purchases (additional to our quantity discounts) whether purchased online or in-store. As a wine club member, you also receive the perk of flat rate shipping ($15) on any online order you place outside of the two required shipments!

  • Upon signing up, you commit yourself to at least 2 shipments. If you decide to cancel before then, there will be an early cancellation fee. If you want to cancel after the two shipments, there is no charge.

  • If you live nearby or visit the winery often, we have a pick-up option for the shipments. You can come pick up at any time, but we ask that you let us know in advance! An added benefit for those who don’t ship is our “pick-up parties.” We bring in live music and have light snacks, as well as a few other perks for our Picker Uppers!
